Verna will be missed. I enjoyed her visits to Portland all these years. She was a happy enjoyable person to visit with. Mary Lynn and Ann, I know your heart is very sad losing a mom. Bless you and know we're thinking of you.

I always admired Verna Pace from my first acquaintance with her when we were still in college in 1968. I always felt close to her and to Troy, more like my own remote parents than my sister-in-laws parents. I had more occasions to laugh with Verna than I can remember. I'm sure that she and the other saints in heaven are having a high old time right now. She will certainly be remembered. Sorry for your loss, ML.

My sweet Aunt Verna. So many memories of good times, good food, laughs and tears. My heart aches that she is gone but is elated that she is with our dear Uncle Troy. Sending much love to Lou Ann and Mary Lynn.

What a wonderful and fruitful life you have lived. You were a wonderful Aunt and I remember even as a young boy how much I looked forward to our visits. I will always remember contests to guess how many presents there were under the Christmas tree, the trips to Yosemite, and the summer at the cabins in Estes Park. I miss you very much. God Bless! Love, Gary and Maggie
