Mrs. Brisco taught me and my younger siblings, Sharon and Frankie, from 6-8 grade at Ezzell School. She was a great teacher and always such a classy lady. She was very crafty and taught us many different crafts and art projects some of which I still have. I also remember her teaching us English especially diagraming sentences and correct writing techniques so when we went to Hallettsville High School we were very prepared by all that she had taught us in all our classes. Such a wonderful lady! My sincerest sympathy and prayers for the Brisco family. May she Rest In Peace. God bless you all.

My sincere sympathy for your loss of Ruth. She was a special lady. Not only was she my second grade teacher in Sheridan, but I also had the privilege of working with her when she was a teacher and principal at Ezzell. I will always remember her very fondly.
