So sorry for yalls loss. I never met Mr Charley Criswell, talked with him a few times on the phone. If he was anything like his brother McDowell, he was a good man. I thought the world of Mr Dowel. God Bless you and your family and RIP Sir. Much love to all.❣️

Grandfather was one of the dearest men I've ever had the pleasure to know. He was a true gem and will be deeply missed. I have always felt such a bond, I mean, after all, he did name one of his cows "Donna Marie"! Love you all. Always here for you.

I remember sitting out on the porch at the sealy ranch. it was during a Easter egg hunt. all the kids, big and small , were running around the yard screaming and yelling. uncle charley said I love how quiet it is out here in the country. we looked at each other and had a good laugh. I knew what he meant.

Though it pierces my heart to look at his pictures and realize that Grandfather is gone, my strongest feeling is gratitude that he is out of all pain and misery, once and for all, forever.

Grandfather will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him, but those of us who will join him one day can be comforted by that fact - This is only a "see you later," and not a final goodbye.

May God grant a special peace to precious Badgie and all her family at this time.

Love to all of you,
