Louanna Werland Hoelscher, 84, of Brushy Community, Texas passed away on December 5, 2011 in Brushy Community.
She was born on July 16, 1927 to Leo and Frances (Fellman) Werland in Brushy Community, Texas. Louanna worked as a homemaker and lived her lifetime in the Brushy Community. On February 5, 1947 she married Willie O. Hoelscher.
She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church and C.D.A. at St. Mary's in Ellinger.
Louanna is survived by her son, Stephen W. Hoelscher, Sr. and wife Georgie of Columbus, TX; sister, Leona Stolle of La Grange, TX; grandchildren, Stacy Brevard and husband Alan, Brandy Mikulenka, Brent Mikulenka and wife April, Stephen Hoelscher, Jr.and wife Janet, and Joshua Hoelscher; and great-grandchildren, Michael Brevard, Shealynn Hoelscher, and Jenna Hoelscher.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Willie O. Hoelscher, daughter Rosann Frances Mikulenka, and brother Leroy Werland.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 am - 5:00 pm, Thursday, December 8, 2011 at Henneke Funeral Home in Columbus, TX with the Parish Rosay at St. Mary Catholic Church in Ellinger, Texas at 7:30 PM, Thursday.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, Friday, December 9, 2011 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Ellinger with Fr. Stephen Nesrsta officiating.
Burial will take place in the St. Mary Catholic Cemetery in Ellinger.
Memorials may be given to the charity of your choice.
